Article Life FAQ

I lost my dear one. How do I handle the loss?

The loss of a loved one is one of life's most difficult experiences. Grief is natural, and it is okay to feel sadness, pain, and longing.

From a spiritual perspective:

  • Every soul is on its own unique journey, shaped by its karma and divine purpose.

  • Birth and death are part of a larger divine plan that is often beyond our understanding.

  • Relationships in this world are temporary, and while love is real and meaningful, we should remember that no material association lasts forever.

  • The most helpful response is twofold:

    1. Avoid becoming excessively attached to what is temporary, while still caring deeply.

    2. Accept the will of God with humility and continue fulfilling your responsibilities in life.

  • Wise people understand the temporary nature of the body and focus on the eternal nature of the soul. Therefore, they gradually move from lamentation toward acceptance and spiritual growth.

  • Rather than remaining absorbed in loss, use this experience as an opportunity to reflect on life's deeper purpose and strengthen your spiritual connection.

Grief may take time to heal, but spiritual wisdom reminds us that the soul is eternal, and every soul continues its journey under divine guidance.
